TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The rate does not include Stain Removal. A stain removal is any mark/spot on a surface that is difficult to remove (E.g. Paint, rust etc.)

  2. Extra charge will be required for any extra service needed.

  3. For accurate quotation of cleaning services, please send us photo(s) via WhatsApp (+65 91869424) or alternatively, you may send us an email at admin@spartaclean.biz

  4. Upfront of 50% deposit needed for booking of appointment & balance payment to be made 15 mins before commencing of service.

  5. Bookings to be made at least 3 days in advance. For cancellation within 24 hours, 50% booking fee will be forfeited & no refund will be made. Reschedule of appointment is acceptable provided there is slot available.

  6. Any inaccurate house setting, new invoice will be issued on site and payment to be made prior before commencement of job. E.g. (1 study room + 1 room converted to 1 room) , (Service yard) , (balcony)

  7. At the end of the session, we will walk through with you to inspect the premises and touch up on spot (if any). NO REVISIT after we left the premises.

  1. The rate does not guarantee a 100% Stain Removal. A stain removal is any mark/spot on a surface that is difficult to remove.

  2. 20% booking fee is required to book an appointment & balance payment to be made upon job completion.

  3. For cancellation within 24 hours, booking fee will be forfeited & no refund will be made. Reschedule of appointment is acceptable provided there is slot available.

  4. At the end of the session, customers are to check and inspect the upholstery. NO REVISIT/NO REFUND after the team left the premises.
